Our Client, a luxury hotel in Shenzhen, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee its entire culinary operation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all culinary operations across multiple outlets, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.
2. Lead, develop, and mentor the entire kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
3. Manage all aspects of kitchen financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.

Requirements
1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an international luxury hotel or renowned fine-dining establishment.
2. Overseas work experience in a similar luxury setting is mandatory.
3. Extensive experience in managing large-scale, high-end catering events and banquets is highly preferred.
4. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
