Our Client, a luxury hotel in Shenzhen, is seeking an accomplished Chef De Cuisine to lead its specialty Western kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all specialty Western food operations, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, HACCP, and local health regulations.
2. Manage food costs, inventory, and waste reduction, while maintaining kitchen equipment and conducting regular safety inspections.
3. Demonstrate creativity in menu presentation, flavor refinement, and benchmark against market-leading offerings.
4. Resolve guest concerns promptly, uphold service standards, and foster cross-departmental collaboration to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within luxury hotels.
2. Expertise in Italian, French, or Latin American cuisines is highly preferred.
3. Proven ability in culinary creativity, cost control, and kitchen safety management.
4. Overseas education and work experience is preferred.
5. Experience working in a first-tier city in China is a strong advantage.
6. The role is open to expatriate candidates; a local compensation package will be offered.
