Requirements:
1. A solid background as a pastry chef in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
2. Ideally with Italian culinary training or Italian language proficiency; alternatively, Chinese candidates who are able to work effectively within an international team and possess at least good working English.
3. Young, high-potential chefs are also welcome to apply.
