Requirements:
1. Chinese chef with Overseas Exposure
2. Experience High End Notable Chinese Restaurants either standalone or within luxury hotels property's / Michelin Exposure Beneficial
3. Minimum 2-3 Years as a Chinese CDC Leading a Busy Quality Focused Kitchen
4. Basic English Communication Skills / Computer Literate / Well Organized / Open Minded
5. Committed to be the Best
6. Strong Understanding of Cantonese, Northern Chinese Cuisine & Regional Specialties
7. Authentic Flavors / Creative Presentations Based on Traditional Techniques / Eye for Detail
8. Understanding & Knowledgeable of the Various Sections of the Chinese Kitchen, Knowing the difference Between Average & Very Good
9. Have the Knowledge to Correct Shortfalls and Improve the Skills Set of the Chefs to Attain the Desired Standards and Results both Short & Longer Term – the Food Quality and Cooking Techniques are Fine They Just Need to be Elevated and be at a Consistent Level
