Key Responsibilities
1. Process Management
2. Budget Management
3. Risk Management
4. Digital Product Management (Hotel Focus)
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or product management.
• Proven working experience in hotel/hospitality industry digital products is highly preferred.
• Familiar with hotel tech ecosystem: direct booking, member lifecycle, PMS/CRS integration.
• Experience in international hotel groups is a plus.
Required Skills
• Strong process management, budget control and risk management capabilities.
• Professional product requirement and roadmap planning skills.
• Experience in direct connectivity / membership system design and delivery.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Full professional proficiency in English
