Key Reponsibilities
Provide strategic insights to support commercial decisions across China.
Lead Business Intelligence, market intelligence, data analytics and strategic planning to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities.
Lead Business Intelligence function across China.
Build and enhance commercial data platform and reporting capability.
Drive commercial analytics and performance reporting.
Develop strategic business presentations for senior management.
Support business development through feasibility studies.
Produce market intelligence and industry insights.
Work closely with Commercial Leadership Team on strategic initiatives.
Lead data-driven decision making.
Requirements
Hotel industry experience (critical)
Strong Business Intelligence background
Commercial analytics experience
Strategy experience
Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
Experience preparing strategic reports for senior leadership
