Our client, a leading OTA company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Manager to join the Operations Team for the International Hotel Business.
Our client, a leading OTA company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Manager to join the Operations Team for the International Hotel Business.
Responsibilities
1.Work closely with the leadership team to identify and develop strategic initiatives/key business decisions to improve business performance.
2.Organize internal and external data, perform in-depth data analysis, transform sophisticated data into pragmatic and usable insights on business challenges, trends and growth opportunities.
3.Data, tools and operations support to the global business development team on KPI metrics, business objectives, and different projects.
4.Ensure constant communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize process and improve operational efficiencies.
5.Consolidate and allocate resources properly, prioritize operational team's daily task, monitor results and track progress.
6.Track and manage the projects progress, audit critical metrics, and collaborate with relevant regional team to optimize the business development approach.
7.Manage ad-hoc projects as main contact person, develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, track and drive the progress to enhance business results.
8.Other operational support as assigned.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree/Master's degree
2.Fluency in English
3.5+ years of expertise in operations, business intelligence or analysis experience required
4.Strategic thinking and planning, effective at breaking down complex problems
5.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
7.Strong business knowledge on travel industry is preferred
8.Very proactive and strong sense of ownership
9.Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10.Creative and Innovative, be able to drive and manage change
