Our client, a leading Entertainment and hospitality group in Macao is currently looking for a skilled native Executive Sous Chef for their project in Macau.- Minimum of 5 year experience in similar capacity and at least 2 years experience as Cantonese Chef de Cuisine
- Experience working with a culturally diverse workforce
- Proven ability to develop/ improve business
- Out-of-the-box Chef de Cuisine, should be able to create new concepts / implement new cuisines
- Ability to lead, engage, and motivate team, detect talent and develop talent
- Displays initiative and creativity
