Please find below our requirements:- Strong Knowledge of Cantonese Cuisine as well as Regional Specialties
- Has the opportunity and the ability to build his or her team from scratch.
- Must be customer focused, Outgoing and be prepared to be the “Face” of the restaurant.
- Abel to Train, Mentor and Develop Culinary Associates
- Working experience in a 5 Star hotel or Restaurant having a 5 star quality standard
