A prestigious luxury urban resort in Chengdu is seeking an experienced foreign national to lead its Food & Beverage division. The property is known for its sophisticated design and high-end guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong international luxury hotel F&B management experience and a passion for operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee all F&B outlets including fine dining, bars, and banqueting operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the F&B department.
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on menu design, promotions, and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and guest experience.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive F&B management experience in international luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven leadership managing multiple outlets and large teams.
- Excellent comunication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong financial skills including budgeting and cost control.
- Up-to-date knowledge of luxury F&B trends and service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Chengdu.
