We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager with a proven track record in high-end, Michelin-level operations. You will lead a world-class team together with the confirmed Executive Chef
Key Requirements:- Prior working experience in China is a must
- Fine dining / Michelin restaurant background
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent understanding of Western hospitality service standards
- Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus, but not mandatory
- First of its kind in China for this globally recognized restaurant brand
- Full autonomy in managing an iconic new opening
- Work alongside an international culinary talent and supportive ownership
