Our client, an international luxury hotel chain in the world is looking for Executive Sous Chef for their hotel in Doha.
Requirement:
Vocational Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management
Certified supervising food safety in catering level 3 or equivalent
Michelin Star Restaurants experience is an advantage
Experience with Morton Bay purchasing, and InfoGenesis point of sales systems or other known systems is an advantage
European trained in western cuisine
Able to adapt and adjust to last minute changes, something that is constant in this market
Able to work with a diverse group of individuals
ME experience is preferable
A minimum of 2 years as Executive Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Cuisine or a similar position in a five-star large and complex operation
A minimum of total 10 years of experience working in high end a five-star deluxe kitchens or restaurants (fine dining)
