Our client, an international luxury hotel chain in the world is looking for Executive Sous Chef for their hotel in Doha.

Requirement:

  • Vocational Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management

  • Certified supervising food safety in catering level 3 or equivalent

  • Michelin Star Restaurants experience is an advantage

  • Experience with Morton Bay purchasing, and InfoGenesis point of sales systems or other known systems is an advantage

  • European trained in western cuisine

  • Able to adapt and adjust to last minute changes, something that is constant in this market

  • Able to work with a diverse group of individuals

  • ME experience is preferable

  • A minimum of 2 years as Executive Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Cuisine or a similar position in a five-star large and complex operation

  • A minimum of total 10 years of experience working in high end a five-star deluxe kitchens or restaurants (fine dining)
